FABRIC CARE

aalnapret fabric originates from Vietnam and is delicate being a 100% lightweight silk (unless specified  otherwise). 

As the fabric is artisan hand-dyed, a slight variation in the tie-dye effect or color is an inherent characteristic of this silk fabric. Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s color and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the image location, slight differences in product finishes over time, and other factors.

Tiedye fabric will differ in tie-dye design from piece to piece as are hand dyed when it comes to tie dye-treated garments, color variation is a normal part of the process. All our tie dyes are individually tied and dyed by hand. No two are exactly alike. These types of dye variations in no way should be treated as defective. The subtle imperfections in the weave, texture, behavior, and colors of the silk fabric are a natural outcome of handcrafted textiles and not a defect.

Static in silks results in natural fabrics like pure silks from friction between two different materials that come in contact with each other in a dry environment. Since static build-up can mostly happen in a dry environment, the following tips may help:

• Hang solo to dry

• Mist it with water (ensuring it does not leave any water stains)

• Apply moisturizer to your body

• Rub a dryer sheet on the garment
